Meet & Greet
Discuss in confidence your individual requirements on site or in the relaxed environment of our well-design office studio.
Following an in-depth discussion of your design brief with one of our design members, we analyse your requirements and define the scope of our services, based on your lifestyle, budget and time constraints.
Idea & Concept
A preliminary design style for your requirement will be proposed and several design solutions put forward for your consideration based on your brief.
Our design concepts will show furniture layouts, lighting arrangements and floor plans. In addition, scale and proportions are illustrated and a clear indication of how the space will be utilised.
Design & Create
The selected concepts and choices are refined and developed into a more detailed comprehensive layout.
Further development of visuals covering the finer details such as finishes and accessories may be addressed and enhanced at this stage.
Build & Install
Our dedicated Project Co-ordination team ensure that schedules are strictly adhered to. Working closely with relevant craftsmen, suppliers and subcontractors ensure that each stage of the project is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Design Perspektiv International was hired for our first concept service office set up at The Forum.

This was the third time Design Perspektiv International had worked with us on our relocation move.
This project was different in that, it involved relocating 2 subsidiaries into one office in two different timings.
